Are you ready to grow with us?\nSUMMARY:\nThe successful candidate must be able to understand and verbally articulate the safety, quality and performance targets for the product and/or process. Must have and maintain good attendance.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:\nFollows all safety requirements for the Production Department\nOperates hand and power tools, controls and other devices as determined by the work instructions\nAdheres to all Quality requirements as determined by the Quality Department\nPrepares work to be accomplished by reading working instructions and verifying correct parts are at the station at the beginning of each shift. \nAssembles components by following the work instructions for the required station.\nVerifies specifications by measuring completed component as needed.\nResolves assembly problems by notifying supervisor or responsible personnel.\nMaintains safe and clean working environment by complying with 6S procedures, rules, and regulations.\nConserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.\nContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededOther duties may be assigned:\nAssembly of sunroofs and sunroof components.
