Other duties may be assigned:\n480V & 110V Power wiring\nHydraulics Repair troubleshooting\nMechanical Power Transmission\nPneumatic Systems Repair / Troubleshooting\nPLC programming / troubleshooting\nControl system repair / troubleshooting\nBlue print reading\nGeneral knowledge of tools and equipment used for repairs.\nProvide preventative maintenance for assembly systems\nAnalyze and modify PLC logic for the control of automatic equipment.\nWork with the manufacturing engineers for continuous improvement of current equipment.\nMake recommendations for new equipment in order to maintain the production schedule.\nAnalytically solve problems in high volume production equipment.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nFrom time to time it will be necessary to oversee and lead a project, which could include leading other employees to perform their tasks.\nIATF 16949/ ISO14001 / ISO 45001 RESPONSIBILITIES:\nThe IATF16949and ISO14001 responsibilities listed below are required for this position. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS\nAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.\nREASONING ABILITY\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
