Are you ready to grow with us?\nAs the CAE Specialist, you will serve as a technical expert for simulation, virtual validation, and engineering analysis supporting automotive roof system development programs. Working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, you will resolve complex technical challenges, advance CAE methodologies, and support future technology development.You will lead structural, durability, kinematic, NVH, and system-level simulations to deliver robust, reliable, and customer-approved engineering solutions through advanced virtual validation\nYour Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:\nServe as the technical expert for CAE and simulation activities within product development programs. \nLead components, subsystems, and system-level simulation activities support product development. \nDrive resolution of complex engineering, performance, durability, kinematic, and NVH-related issues through simulation and analytical methods. \nProvide technical leadership and guidance on simulation methodologies, correlation strategies, and virtual validation approaches. \nOrganize and coordinate engineering activities across multiple functions to achieve project objectives. \nLead CAE correlation projects and support continuous improvement of simulation accuracy and predictive capability. \nDevelop and maintain simulation standards, methodologies, engineering guidelines, and best practices. \nSupport implementation of new CAE software, technologies, and digital engineering capabilities. \nPerform advanced simulation activities utilizing Abaqus, Altair, Hyper Mesh, and related tools. \nSupport virtual validation through correlation of simulation results with physical test data. \nSupport technology development initiatives and future engineering roadmaps. \nProvide technical recommendations supporting product performance, robustness, quality, weight optimization, and cost reduction. \nWhat Do We Expect From You:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline. \n10-15 years of automotive engineering experience. \nExtensive knowledge of automotive roof systems, vehicle integration, and development processes. \nProven expertise in finite element analysis (FEA), CAE engineering, simulation, and virtual validation. \nAdvanced experience with Abaqus, Altair, Hyper Mesh, meshing techniques, and simulation model development. \nExperience performing implicit and explicit simulations for component, subsystem, and system-level applications. \nStrong understanding of structural, durability, kinematic, and NVH simulation methodologies. \nExperience leading simulation correlation projects and introducing new CAE methodologies. \nStrong customer-facing experience with OEM engineering organizations and supplier technical teams. \nExcellent analytical, technical problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. \nDemonstrated capability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering decisions across multidisciplinary teams \nWhat can you expect from us?\n13th month salary.\nYearly valorization.\nIII. pension pillar.\nHealth weeks.\nSocial program (company events, sports, culture etc.).\nSick day.\nOur Core Values areOne Inalfa, Ownership, Ambition and Progress.\nWE ARE IN IT TO WIN IT!\nSalary Range\nSlovakia: 2.806,00 - 4.008,00 - 5.211,00 EUR MonthlyDoes this sound interesting to you?
