Are you ready to grow with us?\nManaging group of engineers, responsible for product development & part of regional Engineering Management Team.As anEngineering Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day leadership of designated customer and commodity engineering teams within the Engineering Department. The team includes Lead Engineers, Senior Engineers, Project Engineers, Product Engineers, CAD Engineers, and Resident Engineers. You will lead the teams in achieving engineering, project, and business objectives while driving product development, industrialization, and continuous improvement initiatives. You report directly to theDirector Engineering.\nYour Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:\nLead the development and industrialization of automotive roof systems.\n\nDeliver engineering objectives aligned with R&D and business goals.\n\nDevelop and maintain departmental strategic plans supporting company objectives.\n\nManage engineering capacity and resource planning to ensure effective project execution.\n\nLead and support engineering teams to achieve project, quality, timing, and cost targets.\n\nConduct performance reviews and support employee development.\n\nEnsure departmental budgets are managed effectively.\n\nDrive a culture of continuous improvement across products, processes, and ways of working.\n\nMaintain key customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.\n\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation plans.\n\nSupport global standardization and engineering excellence initiatives.\n\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Program Management, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing\n\nWhat Do We Expect From You:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.\n\nMinimum 10 years of experience within Automotive (OEM/Tier 1) or similar industries such as Aerospace.\n\nProven experience leading engineering teams in an international environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of automotive product development and industrialization processes.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.\n\nResults-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.\n\nFluent in English; German is good to have.\n\nWhat can you expect from us?\n13th month salary.\nYearly valorization.\nIII. pension pillar.\nHealth weeks.\nSocial program (company events, sports, culture etc.).\nSick day.\nOur Core Values areOne Inalfa, Ownership, Ambition and Progress.\nWE ARE IN IT TO WIN IT!\nSalary Range\n€ 2.806,00 - € 5.211,00Does this sound interesting to you?
