Are you ready to grow with us?\nYour Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:\nResponsible for supporting the daily operation of the ERP system and related applications. Work closely with business users to investigate and resolve incidents and questions (incident management). And, if needed, escalate to second line support.\n\nResponsible for daily monitoring (e.g.: jobs, batches, interfaces) of the ERP system and related applications. And, if needed, escalate issues to second line support\n\nResponsible for handling standard service requests (service request management) for the ERP system and related applications (e.g.: user management). And, if needed, escalate to second line support\n\nSupport the ERP Functional Engineer with the implementation of change requests and projects in the ERP system and related applications\n\nSupport the ERP Technical Engineer with (proactive) maintenance (e.g.: data cleaning, archiving, indexing, job monitoring, patching) of the ERP system and related applications\n\nIdentify limitations or problems in the daily operation of the ERP system and related applications to enable continuous improvement (change and problem management)\n\nAdvise business on the best use of the ERP system and related applications\n\nAlign and communicate with third parties (e.g.: external IT service providers, customers and suppliers)\n\nEnsure, in close alignment with the business key-users, the quality and availability of documentation for the ERP system and related applications\n\nShare knowledge and experience within the global ERP team\n\nWhat Do We Expect From You:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nMinimum three years of experience with operational support of ERP systems, preferably InforLN.\n\nExperience in a dynamic global production environment\n\nExperience in ERP-related business processes (e.g.: Logistics, Procurement, Production, Quality, Sales and Finance)\n\nBasic technical application development and coding skills\n\nBasic technical application management knowledge on operating systems, databases and basic networking\n\nCustomer focused and service driven attitude to support the business users in daily operations\n\nResult-driven mindset with strong analytical skills\n\nYou have a proactive attitude and good communication skills\n\nFluently English speaking and able to communicate in English with non-native English speakers.\n\nSalary Proposed: Euro 2000 - Euro 2300\nWhat can you expect from us?\n13th month salary.\nYearly valorization.\nIII. pension pillar.\nHealth weeks.\nSocial program (company events, sports, culture etc.).\nSick day.\nOur Core Values areOne Inalfa, Ownership, Ambition and Progress.\nWE ARE IN IT TO WIN IT!\nSalary Range\nPoland: 6.469,00 - 9.242,00 - 12.014,00 PLN Monthly\nSlovakia: 1.446,00 - 2.065,00 - 2.685,00 EUR MonthlyDoes this sound interesting to you?
