• Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:

• Support the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Maintain and update financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate plant programs controlling together with plant FC and NA region manager in charge.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L and key financial indicators.

• Cost Control & Profitability Analysis

• Analyze fixed and variable costs and monitor cost efficiencies.
• Support cost optimization and savings initiatives.
• Evaluate profitability by product, customer, project, or business unit, as applicable.
• Assist with pricing, volume, and margin analysis.

• Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Act as a financial business partner to operational and commercial teams.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Support evaluation of capital expenditures (Capex), including ROI and payback analysis.
• Provide financial input for new initiatives, projects, or business cases.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data.
• Maintain documentation of assumptions and financial methodologies.
• Support internal and external audits when required.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial reporting standards
• Conduct budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual variance analysis, identifying drivers and root causes.
• Track and report financial and operational KPIs to support business performance monitoring.
• Provide clear explanations of financial results to management and business partners.

What Do We Expect From You:

• Fluent English

• Bachelor of Public Accounting / Finance or Economics.

  • Economic and/or administrative studies.

• 5 years in the accounting and/or finance position.

• 3 years’ experience preferably in manufacturing and automotive industry (Tier 1)

• Excell and ERP Systems experience
