Are you ready to grow with us?\nYour Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:\n\nSupport the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.\nMaintain and update financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.\nPerform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities.\nFacilitate plant programs controlling together with plant FC and NA region manager in charge.\nFinancial Analysis & Reporting\n\nPrepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L and key financial indicators.\nCost Control & Profitability Analysis\n\nAnalyze fixed and variable costs and monitor cost efficiencies.\nSupport cost optimization and savings initiatives.\nEvaluate profitability by product, customer, project, or business unit, as applicable.\nAssist with pricing, volume, and margin analysis.\nBusiness Partnering & Decision Support\n\nAct as a financial business partner to operational and commercial teams.\nPrepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.\nSupport evaluation of capital expenditures (Capex), including ROI and payback analysis.\nProvide financial input for new initiatives, projects, or business cases.\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data.\nMaintain documentation of assumptions and financial methodologies.\nSupport internal and external audits when required.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies and financial reporting standards\n\nConduct budget vs. actual and forecast vs. actual variance analysis, identifying drivers and root causes.\nTrack and report financial and operational KPIs to support business performance monitoring.\nProvide clear explanations of financial results to management and business partners.\nWhat Do We Expect From You:\nFluent English\n\nBachelor of Public Accounting / Finance or Economics.\nEconomic and/or administrative studies.\n\n5 years in the accounting and/or finance position.\n\n3 years’ experience preferably in manufacturing and automotive industry (Tier 1)\n\nExcell and ERP Systems experience\n\nWhat can you expect from us?\nSavings Fund.\nFood Coupons.\nMedical Insurance.\nLife Insurance.\nOur Core Values areOne Inalfa, Ownership, Ambition and Progress.\nWE ARE IN IT TO WIN IT!\nDoes this sound interesting to you?
