Are you ready to grow with us?\nAre you ready to shift into the next gear of your career?As a Sr. Quality Engineer with Inalfa, you are in the driver’s seat to provide customer support on existing and new programs, ensuring proper use of control plans, diagnosing defective material and identifying the need for corrective actions, and maintaining expectations of IATF 16949.\nJob Title: Quality Engineer II\nDepartment: Quality\nReports To: Plant Quality Manager\nFLSA status: Exempt\nSUMMARY\nResponsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of the products assigned in order to meet customer’s needs and Inalfa’s.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.\nReviews production lines to assure proper use of control plans and process sheet\nReviews and diagnosis defective material rejected during manufacturing process. Identify the need for corrective action.\nProvide customer support on existing programs and new programs\nPossess a high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others to motivate and elicit work output.\nAssist in maintaining IATF16949 status.\nTrack and manage measures assigned in the plant\nPractice and promote safe work practices throughout the plant.\nPromote team concepts and participate in teams.\nUnderstand and follow Inalfa policies and practices and any other legal requirements.\nMust be an active participant in achieving and maintaining quality goals and continuous improvement activities.\nAny other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupervise quality auditors, carries our supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policy and applicable laws.\nIATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001 RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe IATF16949/ISO14001/ISO45001 responsibilities listed below are required for this position. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS\nAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.\nREASONING ABILITY\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
