Are you ready to grow with us?\nJob Title: Plant Quality Manger\nDepartment: Operations\nReports To: Plant General Manager\nFLSA Status: Exempt\nSUMMARY\nPlans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and directs maintenance of internal quality systems and quality processes. The Plant Quality Manager communicates corrective actions to the customer, establishes effective containment, and verifies corrective action effectiveness. Directs the daily quality activities on the production to ensure compliance to internal and customer requirements.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nEstablish and maintain system for statistical reporting of product compliance.\nSupervises the internal audit process.\nDevelop and maintains internal audit plan\nMonitor and Control internal audits program\nSupervises the internal audit process.\nMaintains Corrective Action Program\nFacilitate PFMEA & Control Plan reviews\nSupports Supplier Development and SQE activities.\nCoordinates Receiving Inspection activities\nSupports Receiving Inspection Management at plant level.\nDevelop and implement Performance training for Quality Associates\nMonitor the Quality Management System\nSingle point contact for External IATF16949 Audits\nSingle point contact for External ISO 14001 Audits\nSupport all launch activities\nMaintains safe and clean working environment by complying with 6S procedures, rules, and regulations.\nSupport 6s standards\nDevelop and implement new quality procedures\nFacilitate Continuous improvement activities\nAssign and Monitor Quality Techs daily tasks\nReport out weekly quality performance to upper management\nFacilitate Risk Assessment activities\nMonitor and Control Quality Hold activities\nFacilitate weekly Material Review Board - MRB\nSupervises and evaluates plant quality personnel performance\nSupervises the product and process activity\nSupervises and maintains the corrective action system\nMaintains associated budgets\nSupervises the internal audit process\nSupervises the warranty and return sales activity\nPrepares management and customer reports\nSupervises the inspection laboratory\nMaintains and follows all system procedures and policies\nResponsible for CCC / CCAP certification\n.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nEngineering Supervisor, Product/process Auditors, CMM Technicians, Receiving Inspectors, Quality Engineers\nMANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES\nReporting every change that has been done to CCC / CCAP scope (certificate extension, change modifications, suspension, cancellation or withdrawal)\n Any changes to be announced to the Chinese certification authority.\nTHE QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER SHALL ENSURE:\nThat the requirements of China's Implementation Rules for CCAP Mark Certification of Motor Vehicle Products (for interior trim parts: CCAP-GZ-5101:2019) are fulfilled and that the complete implementation is secured and adjusted periodically according to the given changes. That the CCAP certified products at all times comply with the Chinese product standard (for interior trim parts: GB 8410-2006) That a procedure exists that controls the labeling of the product with the CCAP logo That a procedure exists which controls the marking of the CCAP logo, and assures that it is not applied on faulty or non-certified products. The procedure must also make sure that the logo cannot be put on any products that have been modified after certification without an adjustment of the certificate. That a CoP Control Plan is created and implemented That any relevant changes are announced to the Chinese Certification Authority before production of marked CCAP products is allowed.\nIATF 16949/ ISO14001 / ISO 45001 RESPONSIBILITIES The IATF16949and ISO14001 responsibilities listed below are required for this position. ASQ certification (Preferred)\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nHave the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Have the ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public effectively.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS\nAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.\nREASONING ABILITY\nAbility to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
