In this role, you will work alongside senior team members and serve as a collaborative partner to cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Accounting, and Procurement.\nPlease Note: We are strictly seeking mid-level experienced candidates for this position.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfiguration & Solution Support: Provide system configuration support across Workday Financials domains under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring solutions align with platform standards.\nProduction Triage & Troubleshooting: Assist with active production issues, troubleshoot system defects, and contribute to timely technical resolutions.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with functional stakeholders to help translate high-level business requirements into actionable system solutions.\nData Integrity & Compliance: Help ensure absolute data integrity, platform security, and strict regulatory compliance within all financial processes.\n Testing Execution: Actively participate across multiple testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nDocumentation Management: Maintain precise documentation for system configurations, design decisions, and standard support processes.\nMust-Have Skills\nExperience Baseline: 1-3 years of professional, hands-on experience working with Workday Financials.\nDomain Knowledge: Direct exposure to one or more core Financials domains such as:Financial Accounting\nBanking & Settlement\nExpenses\nBusiness Assets\n\nProcess Literacy: Foundational understanding of end-to-end financial workflows and processes within Workday.\nOperational Track Record: Proven experience supporting live production operations or project-based deliverables within a collaborative team setting.\nSoft Skills: An eager problem-solver with a strong willingness to learn, exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders, and the ability to take direction in a fast-moving environment.\nNice-to-Have Skills\n Reporting & Integrations: Familiarity with Workday custom reporting capabilities and standard integration frameworks.\nTime Zone & Collaboration\nThe role requires close collaboration with teams aligned to Central Time (CT) and Eastern Time (ET).
