ceremonies and delivery checkpoints to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.\n\nPlanning and Scope CoordinationAssist with planning sessions by documenting scope, dependencies, milestones, scheduling inputs, and potential risks.\n\nGovernance and DocumentationMaintain governance artifacts such as schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, and delivery trackers according to program standards.\n\nProgress Tracking and ReportingMonitor delivery progress across teams and prepare structured bi weekly reports summarizing milestones, risks, issues, and overall program status.\n\nDependency ManagementTrack inter team dependencies and coordinate with technical and product leads to ensure alignment and timely resolution of delivery blockers.\n\nDelivery Tool ManagementMaintain and update program tracking tools including Smartsheet and other delivery management platforms used by the organization.\n\nSprint and Milestone DocumentationCapture updates and outcomes from sprint reviews, mid sprint checkpoints, and delivery sync meetings.\n\nProduct Launch CoordinationSupport product launch planning activities in coordination with Product, Marketing, and other relevant teams.\n\nStakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with program leads and project managers to ensure consistency in delivery reporting, governance, and program visibility.\n\nCustomer Engagement SupportAssist in coordinating customer related activities and delivery communications as directed by product and design teams.\n\nKnowledge Transfer and EnablementCoordinate enablement and documentation activities to support program continuity and knowledge transfer across teams.\n\nGovernance ComplianceEnsure all delivery documentation and reporting follows defined governance processes, security standards, and program guidelines.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of 6 years of experience working as a Program Manager in software development or SaaS environments\nStrong experience coordinating delivery across cross functional teams\nDemonstrated experience managing program governance artifacts including schedules, RAID logs, risk tracking, and decision documentation\nSolid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and iterative development processes\nExperience working with enterprise delivery tools such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or equivalent platforms\nStrong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and delivery streams\nNice to Have Qualifications\nExperience supporting programs related to AI enabled software products\nExposure to data governance processes and machine learning development workflows\nExperience coordinating with ML engineering, data science, product design, and platform
