analysis, financial modelling, forecasting, and process tracking.\nWork with Operations, Product, Finance, and Business teams to understand problems and recommend data-driven solutions.\nTrack key business metrics and identify gaps in performance.\nSimplify complex business problems into actionable recommendations.\nDrive process improvements and automation to improve operational efficiency.\nPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup functions, dashboards, data analysis).\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nHigh ownership, bias for action, and a \"get things done\" attitude.\nAbility to work under ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment.\nStrong attention to detail with excellent business acumen.\nKnowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python is an added advantage.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nMBA from a premier institute (preferably IITs or other Tier-1 B-Schools), or Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 engineering college (IIT, BITS Pilani, NIT, IIIT, or equivalent).\n1-4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Operations, or similar analytical roles.\nExperience working in a high-growth startup, consulting firm, e-commerce, fintech, or technology company is preferred.\n\nGood to Have: \nHustler mindset with a strong sense of ownership.\nNaturally curious and data-driven.\nExcellent structured thinking and problem-solving ability.\nComfortable working with senior stakeholders.\nAbility to execute independently with minimal supervision.\nStrong learning agility and adaptability.\nIdeal Candidate Background: Tier-1 Engineering Colleges (IIT, BITS Pilani, NIT, IIIT, etc. )\nMBA from IITs or other premier B-Schools.\nPrior experience in consulting, analytics, operations strategy, or
