You will report to an engineering manager and work in a diverse team composed of a product lead, AI engineers, and other software engineers.\nYou will be fully responsible for the development of new features in the product, guided by the product team’s focus on business impact. You will do this while maintaining the health of our codebase so that we can keep improving the product as fast as possible.\nHow is this opportunity different?\nyou will work on a product already used in production but still early in its life\n\nyou will work hand-in-hand with a product team that cares more about business impact than the number of features delivered\n\nyou will join an engineering team of 15 engineers with a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement\n\nTypical projects you could be working on:\nan integration of a service used by sites to manage their patients (called EHR) so that we can assess them against a trial.\n\nbuild a central experience for site networks that own several sites and allow them to bulk apply to trials and assess patients across their sites.\n\nSalary range: 45k€ - 65k€, depending on experience.\nResponsibilities\nBuild features from beginning to end (design, implementation, deployment, support)\n\nContinuously work on improving the team processes and tools\n\nShare what you learn internally (ex: talk) and externally (ex: blog post)\n\nQualifications\nYou can communicate clearly in both written and oral form in English and French\n\nAs a full-stack software engineer, you have built and maintained a web product, in a team, in a fast-paced environment for 2 years or more.\n\nYou have experience being proactive in your collaboration with product managers and designers, and want to leverage domain-driven design to make it effective.\n\nYou are proficient with Typescript, React, and Next.JS\n\nBonus\nYou have experience with functional programming, and want to use it in your job\n\nYou worked in the healthcare industry\n\nYou have experience in a startup/scaleup with a SaaS product\n\nYou have faced the challenge of collaborating for several months on a shared codebase, and applied software craftsmanship techniques (TDD, clean code) to increase both pace and quality.\n\nWhy Inato?\nOur mission is to make clinical trials more accessible and inclusive.
