With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.\nWe are looking for a dedicated Workplace Services Engineer to join our team on-site in Gdańsk, Poland.\nThis is a mission-critical, technical ownership role where you will be the primary 'go-to' technical expert for our IT systems and employee-facing infrastructure across our offices in Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Prague. You won't just be reacting to tickets; you'll be actively driving the stability, security, and scalability of our workplace technology. You will dedicate a significant portion of your time to proactive engineering, systems optimization, and contributing to strategic infrastructure projects.\nWhat will you be doing\nInfrastructure Management & Optimization: Serve as the technical owner for office infrastructure across Gdańsk, Warsaw, and Prague, including networking, security, and office IT equipment.\nSystem Engineering & Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline IT processes such as onboarding/offboarding and device management.\nTechnical Troubleshooting & Escalation: Act as a key point of contact for technical issues across Windows and macOS environments, VPNs, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and collaboration tools.\nCross-Office Mobility: Be willing to travel to our offices in Warsaw and Prague to perform hands-on maintenance, new setup deployments, and provide on-site support when necessary.\nIT Ecosystem Administration: Administer and optimize our core corporate IT stack, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and MDM solutions such as JumpCloud or similar.\nVendor and Asset Management: Manage IT vendor relationships, procurement, software licensing, and hardware asset inventory.\nWhat would help you succeed in this role \n3+ years of experience in IT support, workplace engineering, IT operations, systems administration, or a similar hands-on role.\nStrong expertise managing Windows and macOS environments.\nPractical experience with office networking, including VPNs, firewalls, Wi-Fi, switches, and printers.\nExperience setting up and supporting workplace and meeting room technologies such as Google Meet, Cisco Webex, or similar platforms.\nFamiliarity with MDM solutions such as JumpCloud or similar device management tools.\nPractical experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365, as well as collaboration tools such as Slack and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk).\nExperience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including user access, SSO, onboarding/offboarding, and related integrations.\nExperience with vendor management, hardware procurement, license management, and IT asset management.\nExperience supporting or improving employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device and access setup.\nFamiliarity with automation, scripting, or workflow tools to streamline IT operations; hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, Zapier, or similar tools is a strong advantage.\nStrong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently across different areas of Workplace IT.\nStrong communication skills in Polish and English.\nWhat you'll get in return:\nEngaging and challenging projects with plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and develop professionally.\nCompetitive salary based on your experience and expertise.\nPrivate medical care (Enel-Med).\nSports activity subsidy.\nA 6-week paid sabbatical after 4 years at Inbank, based on performance.\nA friendly, international, and results-oriented team.\nRegular company events, team integrations, and opportunities to connect beyond day-to-day work.\nAdditional employee perks and benefits throughout the year.\nSounds like a fit?\nApply, and our recruitment team will be in touch.
