full hiring journey: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers.\n\nKeep Ashby clean and your pipeline metrics sharp on every role you own.\n\nPartner with hiring managers on what a strong scorecard looks like, and lead debriefs that actually move things forward..\n\nRun offer conversations solo for individual contributor hires.\n\nWho you are\n2+ years in recruiting, ideally at a marketing/advertising agency, in services, or at a remote-first tech company.\n\nYou've hired individual contributors and first-time managers, and you know the difference.\n\nYou can tell a senior hiring manager something they don't want to hear (and they thank you for it after).\n\nYou have strong opinions about what \"great\" looks like, and you can defend them.\n\nSuccess metrics (90 days):\nTime-to-fill on assigned roles at or below team baseline.\n\nOffer acceptance rate above 80%.\n\nHiring manager NPS positive on every loop closed.\n\nZero level/compensation miscalibration on
