About the role inBeat (part of Fieldtrip) is looking for a Talent Partner to own our most complex hiring loops: Creative, Influencer Marketing, UGC and Project Management roles, replacements, and informally owning Talent Ops across our recruitment stack. What you'll do Own 4-7 open roles at once, start to finish (mostly individual contributor hires, occasionally stepping up to team lead). Lead intake conversations with hiring managers to nail down what "great" looks like. Run the full hiring journey: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers. Keep Ashby clean and your pipeline metrics sharp on every role you own. Partner with hiring managers on what a strong scorecard looks like, and lead debriefs that actually move things forward..
