This is a hands-on role combining strategy, creator selection, content approvals, and performance optimization.\nWhat you’ll do\nStrategy & Creative Execution\nDevelop influencer and content strategies for assigned accounts, translating client objectives into creator profiles, formats, and execution plans.\n\nCampaign Ownership\nOwn the full influencer campaign lifecycle from brief to launch, optimization, and results analysis.\n\nCreator Discovery & Selection\nLead creator discovery and outreach using strategic criteria (fit, reach, engagement, conversion potential, pricing), and build structured creator pipelines.\n\nContent Quality Control\nApprove influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment before launch, and course-correct when needed.\n\nPerformance Optimization\nMonitor performance across awareness, traffic, and sign-up goals, adjusting creator mix and formats based on results.\n\nNegotiation & Budget Management\nLead negotiations on deliverables, rates, and standard usage rights within approved budgets.\n\nAirtable & Ops Execution\nMaintain clean, accurate Airtable records and use them as the source of truth for pitching and execution.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred)\n\nStrong understanding of influencer performance metrics and creator economics\n\nAbility to run campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision\n\nConfidence working directly with US-based clients\n\nStrong written and verbal English skills\n\nComfortable working in structured tools (Airtable, Notion, ClickUp or similar)\n\nWho You Are\nYou’re someone who can take ownership of execution and make smart decisions about creators, content, and performance. You’re comfortable running campaigns independently, but also collaborating closely with senior teammates on more complex programs.
