from insight and hypothesis through execution and iteration.\n\nRun performance-led research; analyze ad platform data, creative performance signals, and competitor patterns to inform strategy.\n\nDevelop and test high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight, platform mechanics, and historical performance.\n\nBuild clear creative hypotheses, testing frameworks, and messaging systems; not one-off ideas.\n\nWrite and guide performance copy that is structured, intentional, and measurable.\n\nPartner closely with design, editing, and media buying to ensure creative is built for testing, scale, and learning.\n\nTranslate quantitative performance data and qualitative feedback into concrete creative decisions and pivots.\n\nMentor junior creatives; sharpening their strategic thinking, analytical instincts, and execution quality.\n\nPresent creative strategy and performance rationale to clients with clarity, logic, and confidence.\n\nStay current on platform changes, creative formats, and performance trends that materially impact results.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nExceptional writing ability, ideally in short-form, digital-first content.\n\nA performance mindset; you enjoy digging into data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into creative action.\n\nDeep understanding of consumer psychology, platform behavior, and how creative actually drives outcomes.\n\nComfort forming hypotheses, reading results, and making fast, informed creative decisions.\n\nGenuine interest in mentoring others and raising the overall quality bar.\n\nCuriosity, initiative, and a genuine love for shaping ideas that make people stop and feel something.\n\nMust haves\nFluency in written and spoken English is required.\n\nExperience developing performance-driven creative for paid social or digital channels.\n\nStrong comfort interpreting performance data and using it to guide creative direction and iteration.\n\nExperience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-moving, data-creative-focused environments.\n\nNice to have\nA portfolio or examples that showcase creative thinking, copy, or performance work;
