sourcing to final delivery\n\nIdentify, vet, and secure creators based on campaign needs and brand fit\n\nManage all creator communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and issue resolution\n\nEnsure creators deliver content on time and according to the brief\n\nCollaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery\n\nWork closely with and manage UGC Coordinators to ensure high-quality execution, strong campaign outcomes, and timely delivery\n\nKeep internal systems clean and up to date\n\nOversee creator payments and agreements to ensure accuracy and completion\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nAt least 4 years of experience owning UGC or influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end\n\nSolid understanding of UGC best practices and creator content\n\nHands-on experience with ClickUp or a similar project management tool\n\nFluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills\n\nHighly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns at once in a fast-paced environment\n\nTech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms\n\nProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently\n\nStrong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills\n\nStrong attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks\n\nAvailable to work during EST business hours.\n\nWhile not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:\nFamiliarity with tools like Airtable, Frame.io, Mailshake, and Smartlead\n\nExperience in fast-paced agency or startup environments.\n\nWhy join
