We move fast while staying precise, with a proactive, autonomous, results-driven mindset and strong collaboration with engineering teams.### Required Skills\n* 5+ years of professional experience in robotics, in a startup or a large company, with a track record of owning complex features end to end\n* Strong expertise in robotics motion planning: trajectory generation, path planning, collision avoidance, and motion optimization for industrial robot arms\n* Strong expertise in real-time robot control, both static and dynamic (sensor-driven): closed-loop control, low-latency sensor-to-motion pipelines, and deterministic, performance-critical code running on real robots\n* Excellence in software development: strong Python and/or C++, solid engineering practices (testing, code review, version control, CI/CD)\n* Proven record of shipping complex robotics features to production at industrial-grade quality: reliability, test strategy, and validation on real robots\n* Ability to design abstractions that work across robot brands and programming languages\n* Solid foundations in robotics: kinematics, frames and transformations, and integration with industrial or collaborative robot arms\n* Technical leadership: you make architecture decisions, raise the bar in code reviews, and mentor other engineers\n* Appetite for fast development and visible impact: you iterate quickly, ship often, and take ownership of the result\n* Clear communicator, able to explain technical topics to engineers, sales, and customers\n* Fluent in English;
