This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team and to learn new skills in the IT industry.\nEmployment Type: Contractual employment\nResponsibilities\nEnter and update information accurately in Microsoft Excel.\nMaintain daily, weekly, and monthly Excel records.\nPrepare basic reports and data summaries.\nUse Excel formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, IF, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP at a basic level.\nSort, filter, and format data.\nMaintain proper records and documentation.\nCheck data for errors and inconsistencies.\nSupport senior team members with data-related tasks.\nOrganize files and maintain spreadsheets systematically.\nPerform other basic reporting and administrative tasks as assigned.\nRequirements\nFresh graduate or candidate with 0-1 year experience.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nGood typing and data-entry skills.\nBasic understanding of Word and PowerPoint.\nGood attention to detail.\nGood communication and organizational skills.\nWillingness to learn new software and IT processes.\nBasic knowledge of computers and Windows.\nKnowledge of Pivot Tables.\nBasic knowledge of Excel Charts.\nBasic knowledge of data validation and conditional formatting.\nFamiliarity with Google Sheets.\nEqual Opportunity & Inclusion\nWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
