Working across Commercial, Operations, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality, you'll turn strategy into execution and help bring breakthrough neurotechnology to patients.\nWhat You'll Do\nCommercial Launch & Product Deployment\nLead and coordinate launch readiness activities for IN100x.\nSupport deployment planning, site onboarding, inventory forecasting, and distribution activities.\nTrack key milestones and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.\nProduct Marketing & Customer Engagement\nDevelop and maintain customer-facing materials, digital content, and product communications.\nSupport scientific congresses, customer events, and training programs.\nEnsure all product messaging aligns with approved claims and value propositions.\nProduct Lifecycle & Customer Experience\nSupport customer onboarding, complaint handling, product returns, and escalation processes.\nCoordinate approved product updates, labeling changes, and sustainment activities.\nIdentify and proactively address risks impacting customer experience or product availability.\nInsights & Continuous Improvement\nMonitor product adoption, customer feedback, site activation, and operational performance.\nTranslate data into actionable insights and recommendations that support business decisions and continuous improvement.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired\nExperience supporting product launches or commercialization programs.\nBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or a related regulated industry.\n3+ years of project management experience, coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.\nExperience developing customer-facing content and coordinating events or congresses.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.\nFluent English.\nPreferred\nExperience in neurotechnology, neuromodulation, medical devices, or capital equipment.\nExperience working with distributors, logistics providers, or 3PL partners.\nKnowledge of FDA and/or CE-regulated environments.\nExperience supporting post-market and product lifecycle activities.\nSpanish language skills.\nRecruitment Process\nAt INBRAIN, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and lead to better outcomes for our team, our technology, and the patients we serve.
