You will define the capabilities the platform needs to deliver at the system level, balancing clinical use cases, technical architecture, scalability, regulatory approval, and delivery constraints. You will work closely with users and clinical teams to understand their needs and workflows, translating user feedback and clinical insights into prioritised software features, clear requirements, and roadmap decisions.\nWhat You'll Do\nProduct Ownership & Strategy\nOwn the software platform roadmap and system-level software requirements across assigned products and projects.\nDefine and continuously evolve platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with product goals, technical constraints, and business priorities.\nEngage directly with patients and clinicians, working closely with clinical teams to understand user needs and clinical workflows, and translate user feedback, clinical insights, and product needs into prioritisedsoftware features, clear requirements, and development plans.\nDrive roadmap decisions using product, technical, regulatory, and stakeholder inputs.\nPlatform & Delivery Management\nOwn and prioritise the software backlog to maximise business and product value.\nLead release planning and coordinate software feature delivery across multiple development streams.\nBalance immediate delivery requirements with long-term platform scalability and maintainability.\nEnsure software solutions support future product growth and reuse across programmes.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with Software Engineering, System Architecture, Data Science, Quality & Regulatory, and Project Management teams.\nFacilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nSupport decision-making through data, user insights, and structured prioritisation.\nCommunicate roadmap decisions, trade-offs, risks, and progress effectively across stakeholder groups.\nCompliance & Quality\nEnsure software planning and requirements management activities comply with applicable quality and regulatory standards.\nContribute to software processes that support product development in a regulated medical device environment.\nPromote quality, traceability, and risk-aware decision making throughout the product lifecycle.\nWhat You'll Bring\nMandatory Qualifications\nExperience as a Product Owner or Product Managerfor complex software platforms(at least +5 years).\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline (equivalent professional experience may be considered).\nAbility to work with engineering and data teams on scalable, data-driven systems.\nComfortable operating in regulated or high-quality environments.\nStrong strategic, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience in medical devices, health tech, or data-driven products.\nRecruitment Process\nAt INBRAIN, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and lead to better outcomes for our team, our technology, and the patients we serve.
