# Software Product Manager

Your Mission As a Software Product Manager, you will own the software platform roadmap, requirements, and prioritisation for INNERVIA's digital products. You will define the capabilities the platform needs to deliver at the system level, balancing clinical use cases, technical architecture, scalability, regulatory approval, and delivery constraints. Your decisions will enable speed of development while keeping the platform aligned with long-term product strategy.This role bridges product strategy and software execution, owning what and why at the platform level, while working closely with engineering, system architecture, and project management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Direct engagement with patients and clinicians is a core responsibility of this role. You will work closely with users and clinical teams to understand their needs and workflows, translating user feedback and clinical insights into prioritised software features, clear requirements, and roadmap decisions.
