Consultant – ERP

The Consultant would be responsible for providing administrative support required in Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update project documentation.
• Schedule and track meeting for every month with different stakeholder.
• Provide ongoing support on various activities related to project management.
• Manage and enter data of the organization into the ERP system.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure all data is accurate.
• Attend project related meetings.

• Assist in managing project timelines and maintain project timeline document.
• Co-ordination with different centers and taskforce team members.
• Take notes during meetings and discussions as needed.
• Create drafts versions of the document and reports.

• Responsible for data cleaning at draft level for the databases of ERP System.
• Provide ongoing support on various activities related to project management.

Desired Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Graduation is a must. Graduation in project management is an added advantage.
• Should have minimum 1 to 3 year experience in total.
• Should have minimum 1 year experience in data entry and data management.
• Must have good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
• Must have worked with data before.
• Highly organized and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• A determined, agile, pragmatic and patient approach to problem solving.
• A willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to embrace organization’s values.
• Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Breakthrough’s first project was Mann ke Manjeeré , an award-winning music album and video compilation that stirred unprecedented discussion across India about women’s rights and brought the problem of domestic violence to the fore. Since then, Breakthrough has built its award-winning campaigns around the notion that “human rights start with you” — with individuals moved to bring the values of dignity, equality, and justice into their homes and personal spheres. Bell Bajao, our iconic campaign on domestic violence was advocated for by Ban ki Moon, the UN Secretary general, has won the prestigious silver lion at Cannes amongst other awards, and was adopted my several countries - Vietnam, China, Pakistan and Canada. Our campaigns have reached more than 400 million people globally and have created important dialogue on issues like domestic violence, sexual harassment, early marriage and gender biased sex selection.
