The person will be single point of contact for all the proposal, reporting, & documentation related work for the team. S/he should be able to design, prepare, and produce proposals, reports, write ups, content and social media posts. S/he should have experience in documenting program activities and be familiar with the vocabulary in the development sector, specially relate to adolescents. The Specific Job Responsibilities will include:\nJob Description-\nDocumentation of progress through Monthly/quarterly/half-yearly and yearly progress report.\nDocumentation of success stories which will be coming from community, have to work on short report writing and document as well.\nMaintain records in the central document storage unit for state of audit readiness and be responsible for the retention of Risk Management documents\nProvide feedback support in production process like Scripting, Recording, and Editing of documents.\nParticipate in data analysis and report writing and work on brochures, as and when required.\nSupport team members in documenting progress report of project (monthly, quarterly, and half yearly. As required).\nDocument and publish training reports and work on annual report.\nAccountable for donor reporting and coordinating with the State Program Manager and Delhi office for the same.\nAttending strategy meetings and contributing to them.\nDeveloping proposal by assembling information including project nature, objective / outcome / deliverable, implementation, method, timetable, staffing, budget, standard of performance and evaluation, writing, revising and editing draft including executive summaries, conclusion and organization credentials.\nWill be responsible for process documentation.\nBe able to create content for the online platforms.\nSupport and closely work with the team in the state and Delhi.\nSpecific Knowledge, Skill, & Experience Required\nCandidate should have a Bachelor/ Master degree preferably through English medium.\nAt least 5-8 years of experience on documentation work.\nExcellent communication and inter-personal skills.\nAbility to absorb pressure and uncertainty within the organization.\nExcellent communication and writing skills Hindi and/or English.\nStrong Computer skill (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).\nExperience of working on gender is a requirement.
