The role requires strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, MVC architecture, and front-end technologies.\nA detailed role and responsibilities are mentioned below:\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop efficient, testable, scalable, and reusable modules in the existing ERP system using ASP.NET Framework 4.6, C#, MS SQL Server and Bootstrap 5.\nPerform regular maintenance, debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing ERP modules.\nWrite and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and other database objects.\nWork with the MVC design pattern for application development and module enhancement.\nCreate, manage, and integrate Web APIs, schedulers, background jobs, and related services.\nDesign and develop user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.\nDevelop and enhance interactive front-end components using JavaScript, jQuery, and other relevant front-end technologies.\nCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and deliver software changes within agreed timelines.\nEnsure application security, performance, data accuracy, and maintainability while developing or modifying ERP modules.\nPrepare technical documentation, deployment notes, and support knowledge transfer where required.\nSpecific Knowledge, Skill & Experience Required:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any subject with a relevant diploma/certification in software development.\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably in ERP or enterprise application development.\nStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software development best practices.\nGood working knowledge of ASP.NET Framework, MVC, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services/APIs.\nProficiency in SQL Server programming, including writing and optimizing stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and complex queries.\nStrong understanding of role-based, policy-based, and claim-based access management.\nExperience in developing and consuming REST APIs/Web APIs.\nAbility to troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.\nGood understanding of front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.\nKnowledge of application deployment, version control, and basic server/application maintenance.\nUnderstanding of secure coding practices and data protection principles.\nExperience in performance optimization of applications and SQL queries.\nAbout Breakthrough:\nBreakthrough works on culture change by shifting social norms that limit women and girls from reaching their full potential.
