feels unmistakably Incard.\nThis role is ideal for a senior creative who has worked on iconic, long-term brands and knows how to balance taste, restraint, and ambition.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the Incard Creative Vision\nDefine and evolve Incard’s long-term creative direction\n\nBuild a brand designed to last decades, not campaigns\n\nTranslate Incard’s values into a clear, consistent creative language\n\nBrand Guardianship & Consistency\nEnsure creative consistency across product, website, marketing, content, and communications\n\nSet and enforce creative standards for typography, motion, imagery, tone, and layout\n\nReview and approve key creative outputs to maintain a high bar\n\nProduct & Experience Collaboration\nPartner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure brand alignment inside the product\n\nInfluence how Incard feels, not just how it looks\n\nEnsure product experiences reflect Incard’s positioning: clarity, power, and confidence\n\nCampaigns, Events & Flagship Moments\nLead creative direction for major campaigns, launches, and brand moments\n\nOwn the creative vision for offline events, founder dinners, yearly awards, and Incard flagship experiences\n\nEnsure campaigns feel timeless, not trend-driven\n\nAgency & Partner Management\nSelect, brief, and manage creative agencies and production partners\n\nSet clear creative direction while giving agencies room to do their best work\n\nMaintain consistency across internal and external creative teams\n\nCreative Leadership & Culture\nAct as a creative reference point across the company\n\nMentor designers, creatives, and collaborators\n\nHelp build a strong internal culture of taste, craft, and clarity\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n10+ years of experience in Art Direction, Creative Direction, or Brand Leadership\n\nProven experience working on iconic, global brands or large-scale creative platforms\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating long-term brand thinking, not just campaigns\n\nExceptional taste in typography, layout, motion, and storytelling\n\nExperience working across product, marketing, and brand ecosystems\n\nProven ability to lead agencies and senior creative partners\n\nClear communicator who can articulate vision and give precise creative feedback\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in fintech, technology, or product-led companies\n\nExperience shaping brands at scale or through multiple growth phases\n\nBackground in both digital and offline creative experiences\n\nExperience working closely with founders or executive leadership\n\nMindset We Look For\nBrand-builder mentality -
