This is a hands-on role at the heart of our day-to-day compliance operations.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational excellence, attention to detail, and working in a fast-growing fintech environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nClient Onboarding & KYB / KYC\nPerform KYB and KYC reviews for new customers\n\nReview corporate structures, UBOs, directors, and controlling persons\n\nAssess onboarding documentation and identify risk factors\n\nSupport enhanced due diligence (EDD) where required\n\nOngoing Due Diligence\nConduct periodic reviews of existing customers\n\nMonitor changes in customer profiles, ownership, or activity\n\nSupport event-driven reviews triggered by risk or transaction behaviour\n\nTransaction & Name Screening Support\nSupport transaction monitoring reviews and investigations\n\nAssist with name screening alerts and false-positive resolution\n\nEscalate suspicious activity to senior compliance or MLRO where appropriate\n\nAudit, Reporting & Controls\nSupport internal and external audits and regulatory reviews\n\nHelp prepare compliance reports, evidence packs, and audit responses\n\nMaintain accurate records, logs, and case documentation\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Customer Support, Product, and Operations teams\n\nProvide guidance on compliance requirements during onboarding and lifecycle events\n\nHelp improve onboarding and monitoring processes over time\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-5+ years of experience in compliance, KYB/KYC, or financial crime operations\n\nStrong understanding of CDD, EDD, and AML fundamentals\n\nExperience reviewing corporate structures and beneficial ownership\n\nFamiliarity with transaction monitoring and name screening processes\n\nComfortable working with compliance tools and case management systems\n\nStrong attention to detail and good judgement\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in fintech, payments, or e-money institutions\n\nKnowledge of EU or UK AML regulations\n\nExperience supporting audits or regulatory exams\n\nFamiliarity with tools such as World-Check, ComplyAdvantage, or
