They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates.\nWho We’re Looking For\nWe’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our New Features squad.\nYou’ll work on some of Incard’s most visible and strategic initiatives, shipping in-house applications and zero-to-one features such as Stablecoins, Capital for Cards, Cashback experiences, and new financial workflows built on top of external partners.\nThis role is ideal for a strong generalist engineer who enjoys owning features end-to-end, moving fast, and turning complex integrations into polished user experiences.\nWhat You’ll Do\nShip New Products End-to-End\nBuild and launch new in-house applications and features from scratch\n\nOwn features across backend, frontend, and integrations\n\nTake ideas from concept → production → iteration\n\nIntegrations & Partner-Driven Features\nBuild features integrating with external partners such as:\nStablecoin infrastructure (e.g. Bridge)\n\nCapital / credit for cards (e.g. Finmid)\n\nCashback and rewards mechanics\n\nDesign robust flows around APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous processes\n\nFull-Stack Engineering\nBuild scalable backend services using TypeScript and/or Go\n\nBuild clean, intuitive frontend experiences aligned with Incard’s design system\n\nDesign APIs, workflows, and data models that support fast iteration\n\nExecution & Delivery\nOwn features from design to production within your squad\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, Backend, and Mobile teams\n\nBreak down complex initiatives into clear, shippable milestones\n\nShip fast while maintaining high quality and correctness\n\nQuality, Reliability & Collaboration\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code\n\nParticipate actively in code reviews and technical discussions\n\nThink through edge cases, failure modes, and real-world usage\n\nContribute to shared standards and best practices\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Product-focused Engineer\n\nStrong experience with TypeScript (frontend and backend)\n\nSolid backend experience (APIs, integrations, workflows, data models)\n\nComfort working across frontend, backend, and external APIs\n\nProduct-minded engineer who enjoys shipping user-facing features\n\nStrong attention to detail, edge cases, and execution quality\n\nClear communicator who works well in cross-functional teams\n\nNice to Have\nExperience integrating with fintech, payments, or financial APIs\n\nExperience shipping zero-to-one products or in-house tools\n\nFamiliarity with Go or distributed backend systems\n\nExperience working with stablecoins, credit products, or rewards systems\n\nMindset We Look For\nBuilder mentality -
