The role involves building production-grade LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.\n\nWhat You'll Own :\n\n1. Agentic AI & GenAI Engineering :\n\n- Design, develop and deploy production-ready GenAI applications, RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.\n\n- Build AI agents using multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, memory and enterprise integrations.\n\n- Work with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen or LlamaIndex.\n\n- Implement MCP-based integrations and connect LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs and data sources.\n\n- Develop and optimize retrieval strategies, embeddings, vector databases and contextual search.\n\n- Evaluate foundation models and select appropriate models based on performance, accuracy, cost and latency.\n\n2. AI Evaluation, Quality & Governance :\n\n- Develop evaluation frameworks for LLM applications, including accuracy, relevance and hallucination assessments.\n\n- Implement prompt engineering, prompt versioning and regression testing.\n\n- Establish guardrails for responsible AI, PII protection and secure prompting.\n\n- Monitor model performance, latency, token consumption and application reliability.\n\n- Troubleshoot and optimize RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.\n\n3. Platform Engineering & Delivery :\n\n- Build and deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.\n\n- Develop scalable APIs and microservices using Python and related frameworks.\n\n- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy using Kubernetes.\n\n- Integrate AI applications into CI/CD pipelines and production environments.\n\n- Collaborate with product managers, architects and engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities.\n\n4. Technical Collaboration :\n\n- Drive technical implementation and contribute to architecture and design discussions.\n\n- Conduct code reviews and follow engineering best practices.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.\n\n- Identify opportunities to improve reusable AI components and engineering practices.\n\nWhat You'll Bring :\n\n- 4 -
