the Role :\n\nWe're looking for an IAM Developer to build scripts, connectors and automation that help us discover, inventory and analyze identities and access across our hybrid and multi-cloud environment: on-prem Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS, GCP and OCI.\n\nYour work will directly shape our Privileged Access Management (PAM) requirements and access models.\n\nYou'll partner with Security Engineering, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Platform and oCISO stakeholders.\n\nWhat You'll Do :\n\n- Develop Python and PowerShell scripts and tools to extract, normalize and consolidate identity data across AD, Entra ID, AWS, GCP and OCI\n\n- Build and maintain API integrations and connectors (Microsoft Graph, AWS SDK/boto3, gcloud, OCI CLI)\n\n- Inventory users, privileged and admin accounts, service accounts, groups, roles, policies and permissions\n\n- Identify high-risk access: standing privileges, excessive permissions, nested group memberships, orphaned or dormant accounts, and shared or generic accounts\n\n- Analyze large identity datasets and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations\n\n- Support PAM requirement definition and access profile design\n\nWhat We're Looking For :\n\nMust-have skills :\n\n- Strong IAM development experience with hands-on scripting in Python and PowerShell\n\n- Proficiency in APIs, connectors, CLI and SDK usage (Microsoft Graph, AWS CLI/boto3, gcloud, OCI CLI)\n\n- Hands-on administration of on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)\n\n- Working knowledge of identity constructs in AWS, GCP and OCI (IAM users, roles, policies, service accounts, groups, resource hierarchy)\n\n- Solid grasp of IAM concepts : least privilege, RBAC, privileged access, role design and entitlement management\n\n- Data handling and analysis skills (SQL, Excel or similar) for large identity datasets\n\nSoft skills :\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills\n\n-
