Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple technical programs.\n\n- Collaborate with engineering, product management, QA, DevOps, and business delivery metrics, and status reports.\n\n- Work closely with software development teams to understand technical architecture, implementation challenges, and integration dependencies.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, delivery efficiency, and quality standards.\n\n- Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.\n\n- Ensure alignment with organizational standards, security requirements, and technical best practices.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong software development background with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\n\n- Proven experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.\n\n- Working knowledge of .NET and/or Java technologies.\n\n- Understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-native application architectures.\n\n- Excellent program management, planning, and execution skills.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication abilities.\n\n- Experience
