The TPM will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery while working closely with Solution Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProject & Delivery Management:\n\n- Manage end-to-end delivery of Full Stack web and application development projects.\n\n- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.\n\n- Develop and maintain project plans, release plans, sprint plans, and delivery roadmaps.\n\n- Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.\n\n- Manage scope changes and ensure appropriate impact assessment and stakeholder alignment.\n\n- Drive timely resolution of technical and delivery blockers.\n\n- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget.\n\nTechnical Project Management:\n\n- Work closely with technical teams to understand application architecture, design, integrations, and dependencies.\n\n- Manage delivery of applications involving front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.\n\n- Facilitate technical discussions between Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams.\n\n- Review and track technical deliverables, including:\n\n1. Solution Architecture\n\n2. High-Level and Low-Level Designs\n\n3. API Specifications\n\n4. Integration Designs\n\n5. Security and Non-Functional Requirements\n\n6. Deployment and Release Plans\n\n- Identify technical risks, dependencies, scalability concerns, and integration challenges.\n\n- Ensure appropriate technical decisions and action items are documented and tracked.\n\nFull Stack Technology Understanding:\n\nThe candidate should have a good understanding of modern Full Stack technologies, including:\n\nFront-End:\n\n- React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks\n\n- JavaScript / TypeScript\n\n- HTML5 and CSS3\n\n- Responsive and component-based application development\n\nBack-End:\n\n- Node.js, .NET / .NET Core, Java, or similar technologies\n\n- RESTful APIs and Microservices\n\n- Authentication and authorization concepts\n\n- API gateways and integration patterns\n\nDatabases:\n\n- SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases\n\n- MongoDB or other NoSQL databases\n\n- Database design, performance, and data integration concepts\n\nCloud & DevOps:\n\n- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud\n\n- CI/CD pipelines\n\n- Git and source code management\n\n- Docker and containerization concepts\n\n- Kubernetes or container orchestration concepts\n\n- Application monitoring and logging\n\nAgile & Team Management:\n\n- Lead and manage Agile software delivery teams.\n\n- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.\n\n- Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to prioritize requirements and maintain the product backlog.\n\n- Ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria and appropriate technical readiness.\n\n- Track sprint progress, velocity, capacity, release readiness, and delivery commitments.\n\n- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.\n\n- Support estimation, capacity planning, and resource allocation.\n\nRelease & Production Management:\n\n- Coordinate application releases across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.\n\n- Work with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.\n\n- Ensure release readiness, implementation plans, rollback procedures, and production validation are completed.\n\n- Manage production issues and coordinate resolution with relevant technical teams.\n\n- Conduct post-release reviews and track improvement actions.\n\nStakeholder Management & Governance:\n\n- Act as a key point of contact between business and technology stakeholders.\n\n- Provide regular project status updates covering progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, and key decisions.\n\n- Conduct project governance meetings and leadership updates.\n\n- Translate technical issues and risks into clear business impacts.\n\n- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across business, product, and technology teams.\n\n- Coordinate with external vendors and third-party teams where applicable.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 8 - 10 years of overall IT experience, with experience managing software development or technology projects.\n\n- Strong technical background in Full Stack application development.\n\n- Prior experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or Solution Lead is highly preferred.\n\n- Experience managing projects involving modern front-end and back-end technologies.\n\n- Good understanding of:\n\n1. JavaScript / TypeScript\n\n2. React, Angular, or similar frameworks\n\n3. Node.js, .NET, Java, or equivalent backend technologies\n\n4. REST APIs and Microservices\n\n5. SQL and NoSQL databases\n\n6. Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure\n\n7. CI/CD and DevOps practices\n\n8.
