The role is designed for a motivated developer who can work with senior ServiceNow resources and administrators to deliver workflows, applications, and platform improvements that improve how the organization operates. The candidate will contribute to hands-on delivery, help with routine development and maintenance activities, and develop within a mature team structure that already has senior development capability in place.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and forms using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.\n\n- Assist in building and maintaining custom applications and modules on the Now Platform.\n\n- Support incident, problem, and change processes.\n\n- Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript for automation and integrations.\n\n- Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting platform issues.\n\n- Support and develop AppEngine capabilities.\n\n- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Assist with ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and instance maintenance.\n\n- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations.\n\n- Follow ITSM best practices and internal development standards.\n\nRequirements :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 4+ years.\n\n- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration - 2 years.\n\n- Basic understanding of JavaScript and web development concepts - 2 years.\n\n- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM concepts, including incident, problem, and change management - 2 years.\n\n- Understanding of relational databases and scripting logic - 2 years.\n\n- Hands-on experience on mix of configuration, scripting, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation - 2 years.\n\n- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification - 2 years.\n\n- Exposure to ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM - 2 years.\n\n- Experience with Azure DevOps - 2 years.\n\n- Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services and integration concepts -
