They will oversee numerous turnkey electrical installations at facilities to enable fleets to convert to electric. The position reports directly to the Director of Project Management. The role requires significant regional travel with a focus on ensuring a timely and customer-centered turnkey delivery experience. Key objectives include leading projects from assessment through to completion, maintaining safety standards, reporting on progress, and cataloging results. The Project Manager III is expected to be a key part of the Sales process with the Account Executive. \nWhat You’ll Do \nEquipment Management \nEnsure up-to-date status on all equipment orders and status by Project \nAssist Accounts Receivable with tracking delayed payments for equipment (i.e., advanced payments and shipping) \nWork with customer to understand Equipment shipping process and requirements for reception on customer site (i.e. FOB Destination) \nProject Delivery \nManage Project in both Salesforce and Procore including master schedule in MS Project \nReview all Purchase Requisitions to ensure all sub-contractor requirements are documented per original quote and convert to Purchase Order in line with InCharge SOP requirements \nManage Change Order process with the Account Executive in line with InCharge SOP requirements in a timely manner \nProvide routine progress updates to the customer throughout the project delivery process\nManagement of the stakeholder relationship for all projects relative to project execution and construction contract management \nResponsible for ensuring Site Specific HSE is followed during construction and reporting any deviations to the In Charge HSE Manager in a timely manner \nPerform all performance tracking (schedule, budget, risks, claims, environmental health and safety, quality, etc.) and implementation of corrective measures if necessary \nEnsure all projects are managed in accordance with the relevant InCharge SOPs \nProject Closeout \nPerform final signoff on all Project Closeout Documents (financial and project) per InCharge SOP requirements \nEnsure Customer knows how to use InControl (if purchased), Charge a vehicle, and knows how to contact the Service Department \nYour Experience and Capabilities \n7-10+ years of Construction Project Management experience including hands-on field construction management required \nRelevant Engineering, Architectural, or Construction Degree or 4 years relevant electrical construction experience in addition to the above years of experience \nElectrical engineering, electrical estimating or construction background required \nOSHA 30 Certified (will be required within 90 days of hire if not completed) \nPreference for Journeyman or Master level electrician \nExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills \nDetail-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and able to operate independently with limited supervision (completing assigned work accurately and in a timely manner) \nProficiency with Salesforce, Procore, or equivalent software required \nExtensive experience in scheduling construction at multiple sites at once and managing subcontractors and other vendors \nUS Salary Range\n$100,000—$130,000 USD\nWhat We Offer\nFull-time employees enjoy competitive compensation and benefits package including 401(k) matching contribution, health, dental, and vision, paid jury duty, paid holidays, generous vacation and paid sick leave, opportunities for advancement, office meals and snacks, team building events and activities throughout the year. \nEqual Opportunity Employer\nEmployment at InCharge Energy is based solely upon individual merit and qualifications directly related to professional competence.
