The position reports directly to the Director of Project Management. This role requires significant regional travel and is focused on delivering a timely, customer-centered, turnkey installation experience. Key objectives include leading subcontractors through project completion, maintaining safety and quality standards, reporting on progress, and documenting results.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProject Delivery and Closeout\nOversee all phases of EV charger installation and commissioning to the highest quality standards\nSupervise and coordinate construction teams and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with AHJ requirements\nCollaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Customers to resolve challenges and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle\nSupport subcontractor selection and buyout activities, including coordination of subcontracted work\nDevelop and manage field schedules, including planning, sequencing, and tracking project activities with weekly updates\nMaintain accurate cost tracking and reporting\nSchedule subcontractors, vendors, and on-site commissioning activities to meet or exceed project schedules\nMaintain detailed project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and related records\nPerform quality control responsibilities for all work performed in the field\nEnsure the highest safety standards are upheld, including review of daily JHAs, toolbox talks, and related safety documentation\nConduct daily site walks to verify quality, safety, and schedule compliance\nEnsure project sites are maintained in a clean and orderly condition that meets or exceeds customer expectations\nIdentify and complete job progress and closeout punch lists\nProvide leadership and mentorship to field staff while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment\nPerform on-site boltdowns and commissioning of chargers\nTravel to multiple project locations with flexibility to adapt to changing site conditions\nManage responsibilities across multiple active project sites simultaneously\nYour Experience and Capabilities\n10-15+ years of electrical construction experience including hands-on field construction management required\nElectrical engineering, estimating, or construction background required\nElectrical Journeyman or higher qualification or state or province equivalent required\nOSHA 30 certification required\nForklift and Lull certifications required\nECAP certification or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire\nEVITP certification or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire\nAbility to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-growing startup environment\nStrong client-facing and internal communication skills\nDetail-oriented, resourceful, and able to operate independently with limited supervision while delivering timely and accurate work\nStrong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\nExperience with Salesforce, Procore, or similar platforms a plus\nDemonstrated leadership in high-performance environments with the ability to build trust, align teams, and communicate effectively\nExtensive experience scheduling construction across multiple sites and managing subcontractors and vendors\nCommercial Driver’s License or ability to obtain one is desirable\nEquivalent qualification defined as 8000 hours of hands-on electrical construction experience\nUS Salary Range\n$110,000—$130,000 USD\nWhat We Offer\nFull-time employees enjoy competitive compensation and benefits package including 401(k) matching contribution, health, dental, and vision, paid jury duty, paid holidays, generous vacation and paid sick leave, opportunities for advancement, office meals and snacks, team building events and activities throughout the year. \nEqual Opportunity Employer\nEmployment at InCharge Energy is based solely upon individual merit and qualifications directly related to professional competence.
