You'll receive practical training across vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics and workshop operations while working with some of the industry's leading brands.\nIn addition to your workshop-based apprenticeship training, you'll spend one day per week supporting our Spare Parts team. This unique opportunity will allow you to develop valuable knowledge of parts interpretation, spare parts quoting and ordering, stock management and customer enquiries. Gaining exposure to both technical and parts operations will provide a broader understanding of the automotive industry, creating even greater opportunities for career growth and future progression within the business.\n\nKey responsibilities\nAssistwith vehicle servicing and maintenance activities\n\nLearn workshop procedures and safe work practices\n\nWork alongside qualified technicians to develop technical skills\n\nPerform basic mechanical tasks under supervision\n\nParticipate in training and complete apprenticeship requirements\n\nSupport workshop cleanliness and organisation\n\nAssistwith vehicle movements as required\n\nLearn manufacturer servicing and repair standards\n\nComplete service documents and records accurately\n\nDeliver exceptional customer service when interacting with customers\n\nSpend one day per week supporting the Spare Parts function, learning parts interpretation, spare parts quoting and ordering processes\n\nAssistwith stock ordering, inventory managementand parts administration activities\n\nDevelop the skills and knowledge to confidently assistwith spare parts enquiries and customer phone calls over time\n\nGain exposure to a broader range of automotive operations, enhancing future career development opportunities within the industry\n\nAbout you\nYou are enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn.
