This role is responsible for maintaining accurate customer accounts, managing billing and collections, applying payments, and supporting timely cash flow across the business.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment application, account reconciliation, and collections.\nGenerate accurate and timely customer invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue accounts.\nReconcile customer and intercompany accounts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with Sales, Service, and Operations teams.\nProcess and accurately apply customer payments through check, ACH, credit card, and wire transfers.\nPrepare aging reports, cash forecasting support, month-end schedules, and documentation while assisting with journal entries and financial close activities.\nSupport audits, financial projects, and global accounts receivable processes while providing guidance to the global services team.\nAbout you\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nStrong understanding of invoicing, collections, reconciliations, payment processing, and accounting principles.\nStrong attention to detail with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nProficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office, with strong communication and collaboration skills.\nStart your journey\nIf you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
