You will have the opportunity to experience working for the most valuable automotive brand in the world, to follow KAIZEN philosophy and to grow along with your brands.\nJOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nBuild Toyota models line-up marketing strategy according to the general business strategy and goals of the company\nResponsible for the entrusted models’ product strategy, relevant to market and Clients’ needs\nDevelop, implement and execute annual brand plans\nProduct planning and forecasting (product specification, pricing and positioning)\nDevelop product pricing strategy, competitive monitoring and reporting\nMarketing investment control and reporting\nBrand communication (creative and media management through external agency);\nLead generation: Conceptualize, develop, implement, and manage digital lead-generation campaigns\nCompetitive monitoring and reporting\nClose collaboration with Business Performance team & Retail network\nCoordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions\nFull Dealer Network support on product information and product trainings\nContribute proactively to the sales team’s motivation for successful achievement of the sales plans\nPR & Events management support\nSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED\nMinimum 4 years of product management experience in a multinational company \nUniversity Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, or related field\nReliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters and these should be\ndealt with appropriately.\nGood interpersonal skills and an ability to work with people of all levels within the business\nUnderstands associated risks and implications and exercises good judgement and confidence in taking\naction \nExperience in managing digital lead-generation campaigns\nGood balance of strong individuality and team playing capabilities\nPassion for cars and cutting-edge technology\nCreative thinking skills, able to solve problems with innovative approach\nMultitasking skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines\nAbility to deliver on pre-set KPIs with little supervision\nAction oriented with a proven ability to achieve results\nVery good communication and presentation skills\nOpenminded and eager to learn\nExcellent command of written and spoken English language\nWhat you’ll do\nDrive strategic business growth by advising and supporting leadership on plans and \ninitiatives.\nBuild strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including business \nleaders, partners, and group functions.\nLead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support local business success.\nOversee cash flow, working capital, and investments in line with Group standards\nProactively identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance and robust \ngovernance across the business.\nLead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and \ngrowth.\nPartner with external providers and internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant \nfinancial operations.\nContribute to transformation projects and play a key role in regional leadership \nand strategic initiatives\nAbout you\nExperienced in leading senior finance teams with strong people development skills.\nHighly skilled in financial strategy, commercial awareness, and performance \ndelivery.\nAdept at navigating and influencing within a global matrix organization.\nConfident decision-maker who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.\nAn excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.\nEmotionally intelligent, demonstrating leadership aligned with core values.\nCommitted to high integrity, good governance, and ethical business practices.\nWe offer you\nUnlimited opportunities for personal development within Inchcape Group.
