Representing our OEM partner Subaru - you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers both in-store and online from their first enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.\nYour focus will be on delivering tailored solutions through exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and an ability to manage the end-to-end sales process with confidence. You will also be comfortable using digital tools such as Salesforce and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is efficient, flexible, and memorable.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide a personalised and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery\n\nShowcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits\n\nManage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups\n\nUtilise Salesforce and other digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity\n\nCollaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints\n\nAbout you\nYou are a customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment. You are passionate about cars, technology, and helping people find the perfect solution for their needs.
