You'll work closely with dealers, vendors and internal teams to support business-critical platforms, coordinate system improvements, manage content updates and help ensure our technology solutions continue to deliver a great user experience.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting digital platforms, websites, CRM systems or business applications who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.\nKey responsibilities\nProvide day-to-day support for dealer-facing technology platforms \nManage user enquiries, issue triage and resolution coordination \nSupport dealer portal administration and user access management \nCoordinate platform updates, testing and rollout activities \nMaintain and update digital content across relevant platforms \nLiaise with web vendors and technology partners \nTrack and monitor technology enhancement requests and issues\nDevelop and maintain documentation, processes and support materials \nAssist with platform onboarding and user support activities \nIdentify opportunities to improve systems, processes and user experience\nAbout you\nYou are an organised and technology-focused professional who enjoys supporting users, solving problems and working across multiple stakeholders. You can balance competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering a high level of service.\nYou are comfortable working with digital platforms and systems, coordinating with vendors and helping non-technical stakeholders navigate technology solutions.
