Thrive as part of a highly collaborative and supportive team of diverse and talented colleagues.\nOur Finance team is looking for a Finance Associate to support our finance operations, strengthen controls, and contribute to efficient procurement and accounting processes across the business.\nWhat you'll do\n\nManage the end-to-end indirect procurement process, including purchase orders, supplier management, quotations, contract compliance, and procure-to-pay activities. \nMaintain supplier records, monitor goods and service delivery, resolve supplier inquiries, and ensure procurement transactions are completed accurately and on time. \nImplement and monitor procurement controls, ensure compliance with company policies and approval workflows, and support internal and external audits. \nAnalyze and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare accounting documents such as journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and prepayment amortizations, and support month-end close activities. \nPerform financial and variance analysis, support budget management and cost control initiatives, and coordinate supplier prepayments and invoice processing.\nDevelop and maintain procurement and finance reports, dashboards, and analyses using Excel and digital tools while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, shared services, Controllership, auditors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while supporting special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAbout you\nBachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in administrative, accounting, or financial roles.\nEnglish proficiency (B1 level).\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nKnowledge of accounting principles and month-end close processes.\nSAP knowledge is preferred; experience with account reconciliation tools is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.\nWe offer you\nSupportive Environment: Work alongside a dynamic team committed to your success.\nCareer Growth: We're invested in your development and offer ample opportunity for advancement.\nWork-Life Balance: Enjoy a role that balances strategic analysis with day-to-day business support.\nIndustry Leadership: Be part of a company that leads the transformation of the automotive distribution industry\nStart your journey\nWorried that you don’t meet all the criteria exactly?
