Morrico Equipment is looking for a skilled and dependable Generator Diesel Mechanic to join our Service team in Guam. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, service, and maintain diesel and gas-powered generator equipment both in the workshop and at customer job sites.

What you’ll do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel and gas-powered generators in the workshop or field
- Perform overhauls and repairs on controllers, alternators, engines, and electrical systems
- Inspect equipment, identify root causes of failures, and determine required parts
- Complete preventative maintenance, servicing, and emergency field repairs as needed
- Accurately complete work orders, timecards, and jobs within quoted labor hours
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop, service truck, and tool inventory
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients
About you
- Technical or trade school certification in mechanical services or related field preferred
- Two to three years of generator maintenance and repair experience preferred
- Experience with controllers, alternators, engine systems, and diagnostics
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain DBIDS/Rapid Gate base access
- Must provide basic personal tools required for the role
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
