high-quality performance analysis, forecasting and investment support across markets.\nThe role will also support ad-hoc and corporate finance projects, including integrated financial models for Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis, valuation, and investment-related decision support.\nWhat you’ll do:\nManagement Reporting & HQ FP&A Support (Maternity Cover)\nManage the monthly reporting cycle for APAC headquarters and regional management accounts.\nPrepare management reports and variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year, with clear commentary on risks and opportunities.\nMonitor regional head office costs and support cost centre owners in managing expenditure effectively.\nCoordinate month-end inputs with accounting teams to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness and timely submission.\nCorporate Finance & Strategic Projects\nSupport corporate finance, investment appraisal and ad-hoc strategic initiatives across the APAC region.\nDevelop and maintain integrated financial models.\nDevelop valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables and transaction-multiples approaches where relevant.\nPrepare sensitivities, scenario analysis and investment papers for senior management review.\nExecutive Reporting, Stakeholder Management & Governance\nPrepare executive-level presentations and management reporting packs.\nAct as a liaison between APAC markets, headquarters and Group Finance to support alignment and accountability.\nDrive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting quality, data integrity and planning systems.\nPlanning, Budgeting & Forecasting\nSupport the regional planning cycle, including annual budgets, strategic plans, rolling forecasts and periodic outlook submissions.\nConsolidate APAC market submissions, review assumptions and provide meaningful challenge to support robust forecasts.\nCoordinate planning timelines, templates, assumptions and deliverables across regional, market and Group Finance stakeholders.\nFinancial Analysis & Business Performance Management\nDeliver insightful financial and operational analysis to support strategic and tactical decision-making.\nTrack performance against key financial and operational metrics and support dashboard/reporting enhancements.\nProvide independent challenge to financial assumptions, business cases and performance narratives.\nAbout you:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.\nProfessional qualification preferred: CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.\nCFA charterholders and CFA Programme candidates are welcome.\n7-10 years’ progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, transaction services or related finance roles.\nExperience in a multinational or matrix organisation with regional responsibilities is advantageous.\nProven experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis and financial modelling.\nAdvanced financial modelling, valuation, Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nStrong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles and business performance drivers.\nExperience with SAP, SAP BPC/FICO, Power BI, Anaplan, or similar FP&A systems is advantageous.\nExcellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.\nStrong stakeholder management, business partnering, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nHighly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nWe
