Your responsibilities will include preparing materials and reports, updating data and documents, coordinating the flow of information, and working closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the retailer network.\nAn important part of the role will also involve supporting the planning and organisation of customer events across the retailer network, coordinating their preparation, and monitoring their quality and compliance with brand standards.\nThis role is ideal for a well-organised, detail-oriented, and communicative person who enjoys working on a variety of tasks, collaborates effectively with different stakeholders, and is keen to develop their marketing experience within an international automotive organisation.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nProviding day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Marketing team.\nCollaborating with the Product team and Sales departments to support the achievement of business objectives.\nManaging the platform containing materials for the retailer network and ensuring that all content remains up to date.\nPreparing, updating, and formatting presentations, summaries, reports, and other materials used during internal meetings and meetings with business partners.\nCollecting data from available sources and preparing recurring marketing reports in line with established templates and guidelines.\nUpdating marketing activity calendars, schedules, task statuses, and other team working documents.\nActively supporting the preparation and organisation of local events delivered by the retailer network.\nParticipating in the planning of retailer marketing activities related to events, in line with the established planning cycle.\nSupporting the preparation and distribution of marketing communications for the retailer network and other internal and external audiences.\nCoordinating the revision and approval process for marketing materials in line with feedback and established procedures.\nSupporting the organisation of retailer meetings, conferences, marketing events, and internal meetings.\nSupporting the team in preparing materials related to central campaigns, local retailer activities, and CRM and Business Development Center (BDC) initiatives.\nSupporting the onboarding of new retailer contacts by providing relevant materials, access rights, instructions, and organisational information in line with established procedures.\nCarrying out other ongoing support activities based on the current needs of the Marketing team.\nWho are we looking for?\nApply if you have:\nInitial professional experience in marketing, operational support, administration, project coordination, event organisation, or a similar role.\nAt least intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, including the ability to prepare clear reports, summaries, and presentations.\nExperience in collecting, organising, and updating data in line with defined templates, deadlines, and quality standards.\nVery good organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and monitor progress.\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and a systematic approach to managing documents and information.\nConfidence in communicating and building relationships when working with internal stakeholders, the retailer network, agencies, suppliers, and other business partners.\nA good command of English, enabling you to work effectively with marketing materials, presentations, correspondence, and brand guidelines.\nA proactive, open, and collaborative approach, together with a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.\nExperience in marketing, event coordination, or marketing communications will be an additional advantage.\nA valid Category B driving licence.\nPreferably 1-year experience in automotive sector, marketing or sales.\nWhat we offer\nStable employment based on an employment contract.\nThe opportunity to work for an international organisation and a leader in the automotive industry.\nA friendly working environment and collaboration with an experienced team.\nPrivate medical care.\nCo-financing of a MultiSport card.\nLife insurance on preferential terms.\nEmployer-sponsored death-in-service insurance.\nWorkplace Options employee support programme.\nThe opportunity to make a real contribution to the development of the business and the organisation.\nStart your journey\nIf this role interests you but you do not meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
