In this position you will manage local purchasing of goods and services for all Inchcape businesses in Lithuania, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance with company procedures, and strong partnership with internal stakeholders and suppliers.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nProcurement of goods and services\nOversee local purchases of goods and services for Inchcape businesses in Lithuania.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and ensure early procurement involvement.\nReview spend in scope, report on procurement progress, and propose solutions to help the business manage the cost of supplies and vendor services.\nPurchase goods and services within the given budget: compare vendor prices, run tenders, and bring new suppliers on board to make sound purchasing decisions.\nEnsure the purchasing process follows company procedures and standards.\nDeliver the annual savings plan.\nMaintain relevant procurement documentation.\nMonitor business compliance with relevant controls.\nContracting and contract management\nNegotiate new contracts and contract renewals.\nEnsure contract provisions are in line with company procedures and standards.\nMonitor contract terms and expiration dates.\nSupplier management\nEvaluate vendor performance against company standards to decide whether to continue cooperation.\nCoupa (Procure-to-Pay) system administration\nSupport supplier enablement and training in Coupa.\nSupport employee onboarding and training in Coupa.\nAct as the link between the business and Global Business Services (GBS).\nMaintain the P2P platform together with the Global Coupa and GBS teams.\nServe as a central point for driving operational transformation and performance improvement.\nABOUT YOU\nTo be successful in this role you will bring:\nA university degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.\nExperience in procurement and working with a P2P system.\nStrong analytical and negotiation skills.\nProven stakeholder management skills.\nThe ability to influence change and a self-driven approach.\nStrong English skills, both written and verbal.\nGood working knowledge of MS Office.\nWE OFFER YOU\nAt Inchcape, we’re shaping the future of mobility, and you’re invited to shape it with us.
