In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, maintaining accurate cash records, supporting daily financial transactions, and providing professional customer service. You will play an important role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and a positive customer experience.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nReceive and accurately process cash, check, and credit card payments for products and services.\n\nReconcile the assigned cash drawer daily and prepare deposits for submission to Accounting.\n\nIssue receipts, process refunds, and prepare credit memorandums as needed.\n\nCalculate and verify daily sales totals, ensuring all payment records and reports are accurate.\n\nMaintain and verify the daily cash fund and release vendor checks after payment verification.\n\nGreet customers professionally and respond to inquiries regarding services, parts, billing, and appointments.\n\nAnswer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and assist customers with service appointments.\n\nSchedule, reschedule, or cancel service appointments as needed.\n\nAssist customers with payment processing, billing questions, service updates, and basic complaints.\n\nSupport internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining accurate documentation.\n\nMaintain updated vendor information in internal systems.\n\nProvide administrative support to the Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting teams as needed.\n\nABOUT YOU\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\n\nValid driver’s license.\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\n\nGood numerical and mathematical skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and reconcile cash drawers.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payments and financial records.\n\nGood organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines.\n\nAbility to identify discrepancies, resolve basic issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.\n\nBasic knowledge of office procedures, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks.\n\nAbility to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams in a professional environment.\n\nSTART YOUR JOURNEY\nIf you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
