This role is responsible for analyzing and resolving complex incidents and service requests, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting end users, and ensuring SAP solutions align with business requirements and best practices. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP Logistics expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering high-quality support services.\nWhat you'll do\nProvide Level 2 functional support for SAP Logistics modules, including MM, SD, VMS, EWM, and related business processes.\nAnalyze and resolve medium- and high-complexity incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.\nIdentify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive problem management initiatives to improve system stability.\nRecommend and support continuous improvements to existing SAP business processes and operational procedures.\nCreate and maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials for end users and support teams.\nDevelop functional specifications for enhancements, custom developments, reports, and data processing solutions.\nExecute functional testing activities and support user acceptance testing when required.\nCollaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of new solutions into support following project go-live activities.\nAbout you\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.\nSAP Logistics certification is desirable.\nStrong knowledge of SAP Logistics modules, including MM, SD, EWM, VMS, and related processes.\nProven experience supporting and delivering SAP Logistics solutions in enterprise environments.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex business and system issues.\nExperience working within SLA-driven support environments.\nExcellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.\nOpportunity for everyone\nAt Inchcape, inclusion accelerates our success.
