We embrace change and are open to new thinking and pushing for positive change in our industry.\nMain purpose of Job\nReporting to the Head of GS Procurement and based in the Mumbai Hub, this role will support the Global GS Procurement function with a strong focus on supplier due diligence, compliance, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). Responsibilities include vendor onboarding and governance, collection and validation of supplier documentation, compliance monitoring, supplier risk assessments, implementation of the TPRM framework, maintenance of supplier records, category research, and support of global sourcing strategies to ensure a compliant, risk-managed, and sustainable supplier base.\nKey Accountability\nManage Gatekeeper registration and data entry on the vendor management system.\nHandle the Onboarding process for new vendors .\nExecute and maintain the Global GS vendor management programme, ensuring effective supplier onboarding, qualification, and governance. Collect qualification documentation and run the Dow Jones compliance checks.\nLead supplier due diligence activities, including the collection, review, validation, and maintenance of supplier compliance documentation.\nSupport the implementation and ongoing execution of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework across the GS supplier base.\nConduct supplier risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are identified, documented, tracked, and escalated where required.\nEnsure compliance with internal procurement policies, regulatory requirements, sanctions screening, and applicable governance standards.\nManage vendor creation and onboarding activities within relevant procurement and business systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supplier records.\nMonitor supplier compliance status, including insurance certificates, certifications, licences, and other mandatory documentation.\nDrive continuous improvement of supplier onboarding, due diligence, compliance, and governance processes.\nSupport the development and execution of global sourcing and category strategies in alignment with business objectives.\nMaintain supplier databases, risk registers, and compliance records to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.\nCollaborate with Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operational stakeholders to ensure consistent application of supplier governance requirements.\nProduce management reporting and KPI tracking on supplier onboarding, due diligence activities, compliance status, and TPRM performance.\nPromote a culture of risk awareness, ethical procurement practices, and continuous compliance across the global supplier network.\nEnsure all supplier engagements meet organisational standards for governance, compliance, operational capability, and risk management.\nWork closely with the Procurement Asst.
